hello, can you tell me if can use the classic wordpress shortcode example: do_shortcode (‘[rt_reading_time]’ when using a Cloud Template related to single “post” pages?
Currently I can use shortcodes, but only using the classic templates and modifying the relative loop-single-2.php in the child theme. Vice versa with the Single Post Template 7 I do not know where to intervene.

Unfortunately I can not say if this will work because we did not tested them, but you if you want, you can made some test with this, if you want you can make this test on localhost, in this way if this is not working, or will appear some problem those will not be on the live website.
Also you need to add the shortcode in a column text.
