Use video format for a post, but keep the featured image?

Hi there,

I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the video format for a post, but still show the featured image (rather than the video thumbnail)?

Hello @eCronik!

If you set the post format to video and insert a featured image and also a video, then you can use the single cloud template, edit it with the tagdiv composer, and add this element in order to display the featured image: https://prnt.sc/nPXcLFdMaZgs

Hi @Bettina ,

thanks for your reply! Would it be possible to show the featured image with a play button on top, that would start the video/load the player (like as an overlay over the featured image) via click?
