USER AVATAR DISAPPEARED

Hello there,

I need help. The user avatar was showing good, suddenly it disappeared yesterday. I uninstall all plugins, Installed them again one by one. But the problem is still there. Please check the link for image

Hello,

Our theme doesn’t have the option to set an avatar, you can add an avatar to your profile in two ways:

Gravatar – check the official documentation
WP User Avatar – just install it and the avatar option will appear in Users -> Your Profile
Also, please let me know what plugin you use for avatar and please provide the link to your website to investigate the problem.

Thanks for the reply! I am using WP USER AVATAR plugin, and the avatar was showing good. Suddenly they disappeared

Hello,

That’s weird! Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.
