User login problem

Hi there,
Users on my website are having problems logging in. Permanent errors occur in profile entries. how it is handeled?

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins ( WPBakery too if you have it), also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Thank you dear, the problem is solved but there is one more, some author’s profile are not seem in author tamplate settings how can i solve this problem.
