When I log in with a user account the diplay name from the login-modal is a fixed name. Then when I click on the user name it takes me to the shop page instead of my-account page. It should show correct user name and go to the my-account page when clicked.
When I looked at it in the developer console here is what I see:

I think somewhere along the way a code based variable became fixed to this name.
As soon as I go to another page the correct user name is displayed and clicking on it takes me to the my-account page.
So, here are the issues I need help correcting:
1. How/where do I get the reloaded page the user sees after login to show the correct user name and link to my-account page?
2. How/where do I stop the redirection to the shop page instead of to the author page?

I’m half a mind that there is something dynamic in the code that is being cached. I might have to turn off cache for the scripts that complete the login and display logged in user.

Normally, to avoid problems, cache is not recommended for users who are logged in to the site.
