how come the author photo is not showing on articles?

Are you putting in the author photo from Gravatar.com in each user’s profile?
Or, using a plugin to add author photo ? Check settings for where you’re uploading the author pix ?

Please try the default avatar and check if that one appears. If the plugin one does not work, then it could mean the plugin is not compatible with our theme and you have to search for another one. Unfortunately not all plugins work with our theme. Sorry. You can maybe try Wp User Avatar

Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer. The avatar should be there from the default WP avatar. Maybe some other plugin comes in conflict with avatars.
