I would like to have criteria description displayed for user reviews, however as stated in editor: The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
Can you suggest the way to display them either with CSS (preferably) or which theme could work with this option.

Unfortunately, there is no option to display the description of the criteria, and this cannot be done with CSS code.
