How do you make it so that editor role or other admins – have no access to the cloud templates?

Hello !
At the moment the only one who will have access to the cloud library will be Admin or Editor. This cannot be changed at the moment.

I even tried using the “Members” plugin and still couldn’t find an option to disable it on the Editor settings, guess that is why.
