When clicking on the login/join link in the top bar, it is showing the screen for logging in and the lost password, but does not show an option for users to register on the site.
I have the option in WP settings checked, which allows anybody to register.

Hi,
Please go in Settings > General and uncheck the box for “Anyone can register”
