Username linked to author-page

hi,

i will try one last time to ask you this question as simple as possible:

A new user registers via the tagdiv top-bar login/logout element. OK.

This is default newspaper login/logout element.

FACT: When i hover the username then the username is linked to this page: mydomain/author/username

QUESTION: how can i change this link to: mydomain/wp-admin/profile.php because it does not make sense for user to go to the author-page with 0 posts as he is just normal subscriber to comment on posts…

Hello,

You can redirect the link using a redirect plugin, but I don’t know exactly to recommend one because we haven’t tested one.
But you can try to do many tests on a subdomain to see if that the plugin used for the redirect does not create a plugin conflict with the theme plugins.
