Using 10.2 version trying to add advertising on the post right column and at the bottom, also for mobile, I wanna add an always-on banner at the bottom.

You can create your sidebar using tagDiv Composer if you use cloud library templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=1s
On mobile you can achieve that using theme panel – Ads – Footer Ads.
