Hi
I’m trying to use DISQUS (a popular 3rd party comments box) and it appears fine on the regular post templates that come ‘pre-installed’. However, any templates made using the CLOUD TEMPLATES it appears to make the comments back to the regular WORDPRESS comments.
How to fix this?

Unfortunately, this such a plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected, with the theme, sorry! Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Oh, that’s unfortunate, as DISQUS is very popular and big comments system.
So does it only work with default WordPress comments? What about Facebook commenting system, does that work with this theme?
Reason I want other system is because wordpress comments is very limited.

Also, the Facebook Comments plugin is not tested with our theme but you can try to integrate it into the theme. Notice that we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry!

Hi sportm, did you ever have any luck with this? I’m having the same issue where I can’t get DISQUS to show with the cloud templates, even though it showed in the regular post templates.
Nope, unfortunately. I have tried a lot of things but I’m going to see if it’s possible to get the HTML of a DISQUS comments box and try pasting that in the “RAW HTML” widget.
