Using Block 9 for Latest Articles on Homepage

How do I change the structure of the ‘Latest Articles’ on the homepage. Currently it is Block 3 by default. I am looking to change it to Block 9 or 6.

Sidenote: Is there a way to limit the Latest Articles on the homepage without it changing on the category page?

Disregard this message. I found it out when I changed the structure. There is a new section you added I guess on a recent upgraded version 🙂

Actually, *Sidenote: Is there a way to limit the Latest Articles on the homepage without it changing on the category page?* this is still open. Is it possible? Because whenever I change the front page to 8, the category posts are only showing 8. In Reading > Blog Pages Show at Most is set at 19.
