Using Block heading outside a predefined block

Hi guys,

I’d like to use the heading that comes with the predefined block templates, but as a separate element:

Hi,

You could use the block text with title

This element requires text to be entered in it’s content however, if no text is entered it will display a message

That could be removed if you do not need to enter text, like this
