Can I use demo and edit the articles. Will that make any issue later on? How do i edit videos used in demo and also the title like travel guide to something that relates to those articles? Thanks

The demo content should not be edited. Pages, categories and posts that come with the demo are not to be used as your own content because they get removed when switching demos or uninstalling the demo. Even if you edit the content, it will still get removed so it is recommended to create your own pages, categories and posts from scratch.
