We are trying to use our own hosted videos using the JW Player to display videos in the video post template. Is this something that is supported by Newspaper and if so whats the best implementation.
The same question about also applies to Facebook. We would like to be able to use Facebook links within the video posts as well. Anyone would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately, please notice that JW Player plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin, sorry -> maybe it works well with the theme!
Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to support as feature video from Facebook, only from YouTube, Vimeo and Dailymotion sorry! You can do this only through some plugins with this functionality or you can try to implement this function in our theme if you want. Please notice that is not a simple task and require to know solid knowledge about hard coding ->PHP/JS/HTML/CSS. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
I have added your suggestion to our list of improvements, we will consider this but we cannot say for sure that it will be implemented in next update because we have a big list of fixes and other new improvements to achieve that are more important and also these things are decided by our developers.
