Hello,
There are no plans to have.
If you make your seo properly using seo yoast this will be the result:
post with review: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-why-tech-accelerators-may-soon-be-as-irrelevant-as-an-mba/
Google search: http://screencast.com/t/vxd7B1YO
and another post with review: http://screencast.com/t/bN7oVnQu
https://yoast.com/snippet-preview/
Thanks.
Ultimately it’s up to google what it shows in it;s search. We use the specific mark-up in our code so google can grab it but we cannot force it to show anything.
You may have to wait a bit of time for google to properly scan your post and display the ratings on searches.
Please use google’s structure data testing tools to see if the markup is properly set on your site.
Thank you!
A revisit simply because I’m banging my head against a wall!
Let’s take an example:
SDT gives me this – https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fbiker47.com%2Fhood-jeans-k7-motorcycle-jeans-review%2F
As far as I can see the supplied data is telling Google it’s a review? Can you please check from your perspective that the code is correct?
I appreciate you cannot force Google to do anything, but why would it ‘fail’ if the data is there?
Appreciate your time.
HI
Google have its own algorithm which generate the SERPS and the information displayed there may differ from one site to another. You checked the site with data structure tool and the test was passed which means that page’s html structure is properly generated and the search engines can understand it. However if your post contains reviews stars it’s not mandatory to be disabled in SERPS. It’s up to search engine what will be displayed there.
The post’s content and results displayed in SERPS about that post are two different things.
Thanks!
