Using license for live and test site

If I read it correctly here in the forum, you can use a key for both a live site and a test site, right? Because for me it doesn’t work, in a test site some functions of the theme are locked, I can’t even update the theme.

This is annoying, because I don’t want to put an update in the live site without testing it first.

Hello,

Yes, you can use the same key on two websites.
Please make sure the key is assigned for the test website also -> https://i.imgur.com/jNAhRt0.png

does this only apply to localhost? I have a test page at beta.myurl. Under localhost you can not make a reasonable speed measurement.

Oh, I just manually applied the new theme version to the site, now it works. (seems to have been enough to ask here šŸ˜‰ )
