We are using the AdRotate plugin to insert a rotating ad inline with an article that are only visible on mobile, following the non-ad sense div tag instructions (see screenshot https://snag.gy/XYhlUJ.jpg). Since updating the theme, our banner ads are no longer rotating. This seems to only be an issue when using any of the custom ad units in the theme panel. It will work fine if I’m just inserting shortcode using a Column text into a page for example. Any idea why this stopped working? Do custom ad units not support short code?
This is working now. The issue was that I was using the “Hide” function within the custom ad to not show that ad on desktop and tablet, which was causing the shortcode to not function.
One question, in this help article https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ you show ways to only show on desktop, tablet or mobile. Is there an option to just hide on mobile? I’m trying to prevent the side bar ads from pushing to the bottom of the post when viewing on mobile.
