When I deactivate TagDiv Composer and activate WpBakery, the website turns out in code lines. See attached.
How can I use WPBakery without having TagDiv Composer activated?

Unfortunately yes, even tough WP bakery is a tested plugin I personally wouldn’t recommend using it. Since tagDiv Composer was created as our own page builder the developers are working on developing this plugin.
The lines you see are shortcodes that are being rendered only by the tagDiv Composer which is also a MUST HAVE plugin in order to run Newspaper Theme correctly.
You can use wp bakery on a page / post where there are NO tagDiv composer elements.

My other website mitjagtblad.dk used to be only WpBakery as editor (running Newspaper 6/7). After updating to Newspaper 9.8, TD Composer installs automatically and now I can’t hide sections on devices in WPBakery.
I didn’t make any new TD Composer content. All content are made in WPBakery.
How can I continue use WPBakery with Newspaper 9.8?

If you want to edit the layout of the demos and aesthetics you will need to use the tagDiv Composer. If the content was created using WP Bakery you should be able to edit it with wp bakery.
