Hi,
Most of the time when this problem appears id do to a security module/plugin, also it can be from a maintenance plugin.
In case that you already checked those, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide a wp-admin and cPanel URL and credentials, license certificate and purchase code. Our team will take a look and let you know what can be done!
