Hello,
If I uninstall the current occurrence of the theme (desactive it and delete it). will I have problems in the next installation with the same key?

Hi,
You can use a licence key for one single product, but if you want to move the Newsmag theme to another website, you’ll need to reset the licence key from that website http://prntscr.com/ouwxxd and remove the theme, in this way thy licence will be available for the new website.
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)

– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
