vc elements tab – not able to click from mobile

Hi there,
I’m using Samsung Galaxy S4 and I see that I’m able to add element like single image but their second tab(design options) is not clickable.

Kindly advice.

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
If the problem persist provide a link so we can take a look.

Alin, I tried but not able to figure out.

Please visit http://www.viralbae.com and try to create post with vc element.

Note: Only the second tab in vc elements not working( example: design options). This is applicable for mobile only.

Hi Bogdan,

The problem only happens when we create wordpress posts using visual composer.

Hello George,

I see now what you mean and i do not think visual composer was meant to work from a mobile device. We tried adding elements with VC from a galaxy S4, S3, S2, or from other mobile phones we have but we could not add a single element to the page. Furthermore using visual composer on posts is not tested with our theme and is known to cause issues.

Thanks for the response – But I see the world is trending towards mobile space and I’d be much happy to see newspaper theme provide a fix to work with mobile too.

Please could you speak with tech development team for this feature.
