Verions 8.6: problems with amps

Hi guys, i’ve just updated your theme, but the website goes blank with error 500 using the amp plugin:

what we can do?

Same problem and my entire website is down. I’ve update an hour ago and bamm http 500 error. I followed all steps to get it back online but without success.

Gilean is it at your end solved?

i went back to previuos release waiting for fix

OMG this is really bad you know my site is a paid membership. I normally make a copy before i update something except for this time and bamm I can’t get my http 500 error removed from my site.

Even Cloudways are not able to solve this :S

Good thing I do not update my main web that has amp. I have noticed that the theme has become very slow with the changes of the icons because a lazy load animation is applied and as I see amp problems … Could you fix it? The team says it’s fixed but as I see you say no.

After 1 hour talking with my hosting company they were not able to solve this.

Recovering data means data loss. So I had to recover todays data first. Then recover data of my latest backup to download the previous theme version. Downloaded the theme(took me 15 minutes). Then put the recovery of today back with the latest version of this theme. I’m now deleting the theme manually and then I will upload the previous version of the theme.. Theoretical that should fix the problem.

One thing is a fact I am going to find an alternative to Tagdiv. I am running a live website with paid members. I expect from premium developers not to make a new version available with bugs.

My rule, that will happen only one time and never again and by the way their support has never been so special. But that’s based on my experience.

Close call, fixed the bug caused by Newspaper. My opinion remains the same.

Fixed with the last versión?
