hello i have just installed this theme on my server..
and it looks very very poor
how to fix it ?

See the theme docs in the tutorial sections and best of forum for tips on how to speed up your site.
Also try testing a post with GTMetrix.com for specific examples of how to optimize/fix your setup for complex themes. Make sure you increased your default memory also.
