HI There,
Can you please tell me –
How do I remove the extra space that is appearing at the very top of my site?
I would like the blue bar to be at the very top of the page, instead there seems to be rather a large gap.

Hi,
You have a custom css in place that does not come from the theme. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you have any custom modifications in place, please revert the theme to it;s default code.
