The tool integrated into WordPress that checks the health of the site has reported to me the excessive weight of the options in autoload.
Doing a check I see that the problem is linked to two options connected to the Newspaper theme.
The options in question are td_011 and td_011_settings
How can I solve the problem? What are they for? Can they be deleted or put in autoload “off”?

Hello, I had the same issue and the following method helped me reduce more than 70% of the size of the database; I deleted all saved backups from “Theme Panel > Import/Export” and limited backups limit to 1
