I have the issue on https://viljinn.is – the top banner disappears in mobile and tablet when a video ad is inserted. Can anyone please help with this? The banners work fine in the desktop when the video ad is inserted, but not in mobile and tablet. The ad was inserted via an ads manager, but the people from the ads server have assured me that the problem does not lie with them.
Is it something do to with settings in the backend? I would really appreciate some help on this.

I currently see an ad displayed below the header – http://prntscr.com/n9j0vg for me it appears in both desktop and mobile. Maybe the problem is not with this ad however. Where exactly is this video ad appearing? I could take a look at it, let me know.
