I opted for a video from youtube.com as homepage background at my site http://travelingguidelines.com
I can see the vide at my desktop however I cannot see this video with my smartphone.
What can I do to correct that?
This is what I see with a cellphone

Also menu for mobile version is not working when I press on a category.

Please provide an example of how you are implementing the video.
As for the menu items, your menu items are created as custom links pointing at # you will need to add urls’s to them if they are to point anywhere on mobile or desktop.

I can see video on my laptop, but nothing at cellphone…Is there a way to show a static picture of the video?
When I change to paralax picture, i can see it, but with video from youtube, I cant on cellphone only(Iphone 6)…Is this because flash cannot be seen on most cellphones?

Unfortunately it seems this issue comes from visual composer, not the theme. It behaves the same on a wp default theme. It is a plugin functionality. It will not work on mobile on our end as well on any theme. Sorry but it seems the plugin has it;s limits on the video background feature.
