I have a site ground website where the video background will not play. The video is self hosted and the link will work go to directly. mp4 video format. Any known reason as to why this is happening or anyone with similar experiences?

Hi,
The video set as Video Background should be an youtube video or should be self-hosted in media (on your WordPress install).

the video is hosted on my wordpress install. it was previously working but no onger loads but looking at dev tool shows it is downloaded

Hello,
Please do a test using only the tagdiv plugins. Perhaps you have a plugin or an option that interferes with the video background.
