video doesn't work

Hi,

I upload some videos include .flv and .mp4.

It’s very strange that only 2 videos (.flv) can work, others can’t work.

Please find the url below. Please be noted there are all for Chinese name. The name include 2017 and 2016 could working fine, and others can’t work.

Could you help me to find the reason?

Hello 3ait,

Unfortunately, the theme has not been designed to work with this kind of videos format, sorry! If you want to achieve good results, you should use videos from Facebook, Youtube channel. Maybe, could be a problem with WordPress and not from our theme. Try to load these video on a default theme and check the results.

I’m sorry to hear that. This client is from China, and they can’t use facebook or youtube. Do you have another suggestion?

But for these 5 videos, it has 2 video can be worked.
