Please notice that our theme supports only the videos from Youtube and Vimeo, as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ and your video is not a part from these and otherwise, the video will not be displayed, sorry! If you want to adjust the theme to support and another type of videos, please notice that is not a simple task and require some additional customizations through code that involve custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps that you need in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Thank you Caitlin for your response. I do know about the Vimeo and Youtube video playlists which is wonderful. On occasion, we do add embed codes to our post pages in the text tab. The link from here: http://www.myfoxboston.com/news/watertown-boy-skips-birthday-gifts-gives-to-sea-turtles/235034748 does offer embed code options and we have had other sites that have been successful in allowing us to embed videos within the content of our post pages, therefore I am curious as to why this does not appear on this page? https://powerofhumans.com/2015/05/kids-care-6-year-old-foregoes-birthday-gifts-instead-helps-sea-turtles/.

I have tested this iframe and it does work if you insert it in HTML mode:

This is for pages but the same principle applies to posts as well. Add the iframe code in text mode and mind the quotation marks. They often get replaced by WP so you have to delete and re-type them.
