When creating a video format post, it was taking a few minutes until the post was created. After some time, it started taking even longer and the featured image from the video is not being generated.
I have other sites with this theme and they all have no issues with speed or the image being generated. Would you know what can be causing this issue?

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
