Video format option gone from post editor

Hi, I can’t make a video post on my website because the option is nowhere to be found… There used to be a box with the options normal, video, or audio, then you had to choose a matching template. Now I can choose the video template and there’s a text saying: “You need to choose Video Format from above to use Featured Video”. But there’s nothing above where I can choose the video option.
Can you help me?

Hi,

Sometimes the problem is caused by a plugin that hides it. Please do a test using tagDiv plugins.

Hi,

You need to disable the extra plugins and let only tagDiv plugins that are come from the theme.
