I don’t use tagdiv mobile or amp.
I have a post set as video format and a youtube link in featured video.
The video’s cover appear both on desktop an mobile, but play is available only on desktop.
On mobile, the play button appears over the video, but no play.

Autoplay on mobile usually isn’t allowed by most browsers unfortunately. There are articles about it https://www.squarebird.co.uk/why-wont-video-autoplay-on-mobile/ The reasons are quite valid especially for the user experience. The visitors can play the video manually if they choose to.

Sorry, I’m not talking about autoplay, but only to be able to play the video on mobile.
I’m able to play the video on desktop, but not on mobile.

Thank you for the answer, unfortunately, because of the delay of your answer, I was forced to find an alternative solution, so I’ve recreated the post with a featured image and with the movie link moved inside the content block of the post, via a shortcode.
The initial problem was:
– Post set as video post
– Movie set from youtube
Result:
– The movie is playing ok on the desktop version
– The movie does not play on mobile
