We’ve read the relevant forum posts and the “https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/” tutorial, but the video playlist functionality does not work even when we enter a single youtube video ID in the “List youtube id’s separated by comma (ex: NRuE38Bl5Mo, 1ZgoluYjuZM, 0K-0vkFfUmY)” field.

None of the Youtube video playlists work, except Vimeo. But we have all of videos on youtube. We have a magazine site for 5 years (more than 100K readers/month). We recently bought your Newspaper package. Nowdays we are doing upgrade into the Newspaper theme. But we can’t start without a video solution, so this is a terrible problem for us. What can you say, when you solve this error exactly?

We have Version 10.3. In the Theme Panel under Social Networks is no field to enter the API!
OK, we deactivated the tagDiv Composer, deleted it and reinstalled the tagDiv Composer plugin. Now it works.
Hi, deactivation is not enough, we should also delete the tagdiv composer plugin. Do I lose my previous template settings and design after the reinstall the tagdiv composer plugin?
