Video Playlist not working

Hi I am having an issue where the video playlist is not working. I have placed the video IDs separated by comas. The same setup works fine on my localhost. Please let me know if you can troubleshoot this for me.

Please ensure that you have added the valid youtube ID’s in the right fields on the theme panel if you want to bring best results. Also, if the problem is still there and if the configuration of your playlist was made according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ you can provide useful screenshots with your backend where to show your playlist setup.

Here’s the screenshot to my setup. Like I said. The same setup works on my local MAMP setup. Very weird. Please let me know if you need me to create a temporary login to check it out yourself.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
