In Newspaper Theme (Black), the search function only pulls out list from the post titles, it does not show the posts/titles from the video playlist. Is there a way to show video playlist items in the Search function ?

The theme uses the default WordPress search functionality, so the results with our theme will be the same as with default WordPress. The search from does not have any settings or filters.
There are advanced search plugins you could try if you require a search form with more settings and options. Such as these maybe
