Video won't resize on other devices

Hi. I have a video at the top of the homepage and when I load it on other devices, it won’t resize. It just cuts off what can’t be shown on that device.

I can I make it responsive for mobiles?

Please let me know how you setup that video in your homepage and which element you used there because all elements should be responsive.
