Videos from vimeo do not work on standard chrome, only in incognito

Scroll the page. The videos are not working. Chrome developer tools mention that vimeo is refusing connection but the top video is from vimeo too (embedded in Rslider and works).

Hi,
If those are working on incognito, then the problem is with some extension or maybe the cookies that are activated on chrome. Please check those and you can also try with different browsers.
