Hi,

If you have caching installed, please activate this option from the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
After enabling the setting, clear the cache.

It was probably just a caching issue, either server cache or caching installed by you. If you enabled the mentioned option in the theme panel, it should work with a caching as well.
