Are post view counts stored in database?
Or it is just front end.

Could you please ask your tech team does it increases the DB size?
I am uncomfortable increasing the DB size with post view count. Rather, I will keep it off then.

Unfortunately, this was the only way to retain the view count for each article and make it available for use in various filters. However, we understand that this approach does incur some additional resource usage.

Hi,
The count numbers are not increases the database since are only some numbers, but will consume more resources to do queries to read and writhe the values in database for each article in part for view count.
