View Counter

Hello,

i have a Problem with my view counter.
I bought it this year and its run very good. But now after the update there would be not count all views.
For Example: I have short an URL with google and there are over 4000 Clicks. But it counts only 1200 Views..

How can i fix that Problem?

Hello nicohahn,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Clear all your caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.co with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
