That would be the view counter. It could function incorrectly or not at all if you use a caching plugin. In this case try to activate this option

Then clear the cache and check again. This should work when using the super cache plugin

With other caching plugins I can;t say for sure unfortunately.

can you pleae tell me the difference b/w ajax view count and classic view count ?
When caching is active the view count may not work properly, for example the number of views displayed will remain the same, despite having more views.
The result meaning the view count should work fine when that option is active, and caching is used. The difference is in the functionality.
We tested the ajax count with the WP super cache enabled, it works fine. There may be issues with other caching plugins however.
