We all have different groups of visitors who are all interested in different types of news categories. To service everyone, I now provide on my landing page a large number of topics of which I can imagine that my visitors are not all that interested in.

I am now looking for a way in which a visitor can answer a question: “I am only interested in”, storing that in a cookie and then showing _only_ the articles that match his/her choice on my landing page, instead of the latest TRENDING articles I wrote. What I mean is that the right column with F1 etc keeps maintained. Can you hint me how to do that? Thanks!
