Dear sir/madam,
Is there any plugin that customers can publish there own articles on our site? So I have a plugin that they can log in and become friends etc. (buddypress) However I want that the customer can post their own article and I will get a notification of this. By approving his or her article, it will be published.

The theme uses the default user role capabilities of wordpress, so you can create users with a contributor role – https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities that do not have the capability to publish posts, they will have to be approved first – https://www.screencast.com/t/y9vGrw8muKkv – https://www.screencast.com/t/zuguERRVlg
You could also try to search for a plugin with these features, if you are not satisfied with the default ones.
