Visitors of my website can create an account, but I never set that up my self. Once in a while I get an e-mail that someone created an account on my website lol. I am not sure what they can do when they create an account, but it was there from the beginning of time I created this website.
Can anyone help me delete this? I also want to know for what they actually made an account for?

Please go in Settings > General and uncheck the box for “Anyone can register”
