I have downloaded the latest update for the Newsmag, but after updating the Visual Composer i still see version 4.11.2.
My theme Version is 3.1.
where can i find the latest version for Visual Composer to download?

it’s on \Newsmag-tf\plugins\js_composer.zip
Try redownload the whole theme.
To update the plugin you have to go to plugins and uninstall visual composer. Then add new plugin from file and find \Newsmag-tf\plugins\js_composer.zip it’s inside the 3.1 theme package.

Thank you Nico & Andrei, let me start by saying I am not the average user and I would not waste your (and my own) time by posting my problem before searching & reading other posts. But, after downloading the latest version available for me on my Envato account, and following the instructions, I still got the older version for the Visual Composer.
1) The theme I update with Envato Market plugin, current theme Version is 3.1
2) After download, my latest js_composer.zip is 07/06/2016 10:04
3) Must I renew my support subscription to get this update?

Current version of Visual Composer is 4.12 and was released in 8.06.2016: http://screencast.com/t/gMF8Kp7oQV This version is included in theme’s path so if you already have V 3.1 installed but Visual Composer it’s older then 4.12 just delete the plugin and install it again from plugins panel: http://screencast.com/t/cM3zy18T
