I follow this link for Visual Composer:

When I try to install the plugin I get this message: “File upload stopped by extension.”
Now my theme look bad without Visual Composer.
What can I do? (It’s urgent.)

Turn off the extension blocking update.
Try updating via FTP; delete old js_composer folder; upload new one (don’t “over-write” old one).

It may be an issue on your server. You can try to follow Christopher suggestion and upload it via FTP(delete old folder and upload new one).
