Visual composer and other questions

I have inspected your website, and I saw that your site is very customized by using several untested plugins, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/wtJgFQXd Please notice that our theme has been tested with none of them and the theme functionality will be changed when these plugins are activated. Being untested plugins, please notice that we cannot say for sure if these will work as properly with the theme and also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Please provide some useful screenshots regarding on user small icon, password in checkout page (provide the exact link). Please notice that all of these depend on your customizations. Unfortunately, I cannot identify where exactly are placed the user icon. I have tried to submit to your website but did not see anything, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/FHZPOvLa6jl and nor of the second case, sorry! Please notice that all of these changes are not covered by our support and we cannot do your custom work, sorry! You should do it yourself because it represents additional customizations. Also, I noticed that you are using some untested plugins, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/XPrln6ntlM9 Notice that all of these can interact with the theme core and break the theme functionality. So, if you want to bring best results in theme, you should disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Your theme is fully customized and some functionality can be damaged by your untested plugins used by you and we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

Please keep in mind that the default behavior of the theme when you click on my profile in the top bar is to link you to your author page. I do not know why you will be redirected to the shop page. Do you have made any changes in this regard? Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the theme without any untested plugins to rule out any conflicts.
For your second request, I suppose that you are referring to the Instagram Block which is added in the bottom of the page, right? So, please notice that these featured images will not be loaded in the light box because all of them come from Instagram and will be displayed there.

1. I cannot recreate this on my side even with woocommerce plugin active, when I click on user profile it redirects to the author page – http://screencast.com/t/4gCw0ovMn – http://screencast.com/t/P8FZeZlB
Please install the theme on a test site using just Visual Composer and Woocommerce plugin and see if the issue persist and also send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to this test site so we can take a closer look.

2. The Image Box element was not designed to open the image in a lightbox. Also I see that you use Visual Composer on posts, it works, but please note that some post features may not work. The Visual Composer was initially designed as pagebuilder and also on our theme it is recommended for pages.
